INSIDER is an exclusive learning platform where Dr. Cistola guides you in how to Master Your Metabolism. Also, this exceptionally low rate for Founding Insiders is locked in for all future renewals! You can cancel future renewals at any time. Q: How do I access INSIDER?
Once subscribed, you can access the learning platform by simply clicking INSIDER on the main menu near the top of the webpage.
Q: How do I receive the Insider 20% discount on one-on-one private educational consulting and health coaching services?

Q: After I purchase a lab test panel on your website, what happens next?
You will immediately be directed to complete two important steps: 1) review and sign a brief HIPAA consent form, and 2) register for testing in our laboratory's information system. Two process your order, it is critical that these two steps be completed. You will receive an email receipt with additional instructions. Within 1-2 business days after your purchase, please watch for an important email from our testing partner, Ulta Lab Tests. This email will include instructions and your LAB REQUISITION, which you should print and take with you when you get your blood drawn.
Q: How do you partner with other companies to provide nationwide access to your unique test panels?
The Zenova and Aventra panels offered on MetabolismSpectrum.com are curated by Dr. Cistola and designed for our customers for the purpose of metabolic health & wellness screening and monitoring. Q: When and where will I get my blood drawn?
You choose a day, time, and Quest Service Center location most convenient for you (2,100-plus sites nationwide). The requisition may show to a location close to your home, but you can a choose a different one. Go to myquest.questdiagnostics.com to register for an account online, search and select a location, and schedule an appointment online. Some panels require a morning blood draw after an overnight fast. Instructions will be provided with your Lab Requisition.
Q: Lab testing for metabolic health seems very complex. How do I know which panel or tests to order?
It is complex! We're here to explain it in easy-to-understand terms and walk you through the process. Before ordering a test panel, we recommend that you join INSIDER. This learning platform will guide you through the basics about metabolic health and how to test your status. If you are testing with us for the first time, we strongly recommend either the Zenova Grounded or Aventra BaseCamp panel to establish your current baseline values.
Q: Does MetabolismSpectrum.com or T2YourHealth LLC provide personalized medical advice?

Q: Does MetabolismSpectrum.com accept health insurance or FSA/HSA payments for lab testing? Can I submit payment receipts to my health insurance plan or FSA/HSA for reimbursement?
No. By avoiding the expensive overhead associated with insurance billing and partnering with Ulta Lab Tests, we can offer you deeply discounted direct-to-consumer pricing. As our services are based on proactive health promotion, rather than medical necessity, they are not eligible for FSA/HSA billing or reimbursement.
